The Free State Project is more than an idea, it’s a promise.

Since the beginning, we have asked all those who intend to participate in the Free State Project to sign the “Statement of Intent.”

In the years before the move was triggered in 2016, this statement was only open to those intending to move to New Hampshire on the path to 20,000 signers.

Today, anyone who shares our liberty values and intends to live in New Hampshire — native or newcomer — is invited to sign and declare their intent to participate in the Free State Project.
